Once a change or cancellation is submitted through this portal, it is final and cannot be reversed.

Changes to the flight date or time, for either one-way or round-trip bookings, must be completed in a single transaction.

You are allowed to make flight changes up to 30 calendar days.

For bookings made via third parties or travel agents, only flight changes are allowed in this portal. For refunds, please contact your original booking source.
